Then choose the format you would like. The videos are available to buy as an immediate download or pre-loaded for your convenience on a USB stick. Both formats are identical high definition MP4 videos. Note that the USB stick price includes standard class p&p.

Download versions £17.50 The link will allow a maximum of three downloads before it expires. Please do not share the link with anyone. The link will also automatically be disabled if it detects downloads from multiple locations or from outside the UK. 

IMPORTANT: We don't recommend trying to download videos to mobile devices or tablets running  iOS or Android. The video should play on any device, but downloading to mobile devices can be problematic as they can sometimes struggle with large files. Additionally, your device might try and play (i.e. stream) the video rather than downloading it. It is far better to download to a pc or laptop first and then transfer it to the mobile device. Make sure you have downloaded the entire video to your device before trying to watch it. Don’t try and stream (play) the video from the link. If you do this, it will almost certainly freeze at some point as the servers are not designed to stream video. Also, every occasion you try and view the video is counted as one of your downloads, even if only for a few seconds.

Pre-loaded USB Sticks £25.00. These will usually be dispatched within one working day of receipt of your order, and often on the same day, if ordered before midday. Please note that packaging and standard postage is included within the price. Note also that the sticks are formatted to the NTFS standard and should work in most modern TVs. However, a few TV's require the exFAT standard. If you know this to be the case, please advise at time of purchase. 

You may share the video without restriction within your immediate household, but if you wish to send copies to extended family or friends who do not live in the same house as you, you will need to purchase an additional copy. This is for licensing and child safeguarding reasons, but also please remember this is how I make my living! Thanks for understanding :-)
