All videos are now ready for delivery!

Last date for Christmas postage is by noon on Wednesday 17th December. Standard postage is included in the price of USB sticks. You can upgrade to priority postage by adding this to your basket: UPGRADE POSTAGE Last pre-Christmas postage date is by noon on 19th December.

I will do my very best to dispatch new orders over the Christmas period but the office is officially closed from 22nd December until 5th January. 

Immediate download copies will, of course, be available at any time.

You can buy the video as either a high definition download version or a pre-loaded USB stick (the video is identical for both). It's framed so you can see exactly what the audience would see and every performer is visible the whole time they are on stage. The audio is taken from microphones at the back of the hall, so just as the audience would have heard it (including rustling crisp packets). 

Please select the performance and format you require. Note that both formats are identical high definition MP4 videos, the only difference being that the USB stick has been pre-loaded with the video for your convenience. 

Download versions  You will automatically be notified when the videos are ready and you will be sent your personal link to the download. All downloads, including IP addresses, are tracked and the link will allow up to three downloads before it expires. Please do not share the link with anyone else outside your immediate household as this will trigger the shop to automatically deactivate it.  IMPORTANT: do not try to stream or view the video from the download link as this will count as a download attempt. Make certain it has fully downloaded before trying to watch it. If you are downloading to a tablet or mobile phone (not recommended) please make sure that you have sufficient storage (approx 3GB per video) and that your network connection is not interrupted. If the download restarts, this also counts as a download attempt. I recommend you read the troubleshooting guide here before you attempt to download.

Pre-loaded USB sticks will usually be dispatched within one business day of receipt of your order, often on the same day, if your order arrives before 12. You are also free to collect your order in person, but please note that this is from Yateley in Hampshire! Unfortunately, collection from the school is not possible.

After downloading, you may share the video without restriction within your immediate household, but if you wish to send copies to extended family or friends who do not live in the same house as you, you will need to purchase an additional copy. Please remember this is for licensing and child safeguarding and it's also how I make my living! Thanks for understanding :-)
